Stylist only need to bring styling tools to work: blow dryer, heat stylers, clippers, shears, razor, and maybe your favorite brush.
Backbar product is provided by salon. We carry a variety of premium shampoos, conditioners, styling and finishing products. Several smoothing treatment options.
Continuing education is supported by the salon. Product knowledge. Cutting & styling techniques. On & off site education programs.

Compensation

Salon Baptiste in Duluth is a commission salon. Licensed Stylists, Nail Tech and Estheticians are paid a percentage of the work you do.
Earn when your clients purchase product for home use. You're also ensuring your work is protected and clients are satisfied with lasting results.
We practice client sharing. You receive a percentage when you assist another stylist.
Employer Social Security, Medicare, and Unemployment taxes are paid by the salon.
We pay bi-weekly using a 3rd party service.
