- Stylist only need to bring styling tools to work: blow dryer, heat stylers, clippers, shears, razor, and maybe your favorite brush.
- Backbar product is provided by salon. We carry a variety of premium shampoos, conditioners, styling and finishing products. Several smoothing treatment options.
- Continuing education is supported by the salon. Product knowledge. Cutting & styling techniques. On & off site education programs.
Compensation
- Salon Baptiste in Duluth is a commission salon. Licensed Stylists, Nail Tech and Estheticians are paid a percentage of the work you do.
- Earn when your clients purchase product for home use. You're also ensuring your work is protected and clients are satisfied with lasting results.
- We practice client sharing. You receive a percentage when you assist another stylist.
- Employer Social Security, Medicare, and Unemployment taxes are paid by the salon.
- We pay bi-weekly using a 3rd party service.
